If your jeans are hungry for radical changes, you probably should not be limited to scuffs.
To make holes, you will need scissors and tweezers.
Determine where you want to make incisions. Most often they are placed on the front of the thigh or on the knees. Fold the jeans along the side seams and make two or more cuts in the desired places, not reaching the seams.
Then arm yourself with tweezers: your task is to pull the vertical threads, leaving the horizontal untouched.
