Long, thin feathers, gathered together or sewn separately, give any outfit a luxurious look!

CUFF
Handmade: complement the evening outfit with a glamorous cuff with pink feathers.

YOU WILL NEED
Remains of the skin (imitation under the skin of reptiles), 15 x 25 cm; 40 cm long marabou feather boa; 3 punching buttons; hole punch for punching holes for buttons; textile glue; threads for sewing.
HOW TO MAKE
From the skin, cut a cuff 11 cm wide, 25 cm long, and 2 strips 2 cm wide, 25 cm long. Cut the boa into 2 identical parts, stick the upper edge of the boa onto the inside of the leather strips, the ends of the strips should be the same width on both sides . Stick on a strip of 2 cm wide about one long edge (= bottom edge), feathers pointing down. The edges of the strip stitch to the edge. Stick another strip 2 cm wide near the top edge and stitch, feathers pointing down.
Mark at intervals of 1.5 cm on the narrow sides 3 places for punching buttons. Punch buttons.
NECKLACE
According to its own rules: a “feathery” necklace of two chains in front of your eyes will transform an ordinary outfit.

YOU WILL NEED
2 chains of links, 1 cm wide, 6 mm thick, 50 cm long; 1 chain 8 mm wide, 15 cm long; 15 cm long marabou feather boa; residues of fuel oil yarn; black suede 3 mm wide; pliers, thread for sewing, thick darn needle or embroidery needle.HOW TO MAKE
Put the chains next to each other and sew them with leather ribbon with langette stitches. With the help of pliers, attach a 15 cm long chain to the ends of stitched chains. Through the links of this chain also pass a leather ribbon. Tie the ends of the ribbon with a knot.
Embroider the upper edge of the stitched chains with a lace stitch with wool yarn. Boa, combining the lines of the middle, sew to the bottom edge of the necklace.
